Reporting to the Venue Sales, Marketing & CRM Manager, this role is accountable for the proactive sales of the venue for non-matchday events whilst ensuring that the highest levels of customer service standards are delivered consistently and forging excellent customer relationships. The main responsibility will be to prospect new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising and other means of generating interest. To then plan persuasive approaches and pitches to convert potential business.
