Scarlets to kick-off PRO14 campaign against Ulster

Guinness PRO14 have today confirmed the dates and kick-off times for fixtures up to and including Round 17 of the championship.

Scarlets will get the 2018-19 Guinness PRO14 campaign underway at the Southern Kingspan Stadium against Ulster on Saturday 1st September, kick-off 17:15, coached by former Scarlets captain and Head Coach Simon Easterby and former Scarlet Dwayne Peel.

The West Wales region will come up against Leinster at Parc y Scarlets in Round 2, an opportunity for the Scarlets to put the disappointment of the Heineken Champions Cup semi final and Guinness PRO14 final to bed.

Scarlets will remain at the Parc for Round 3, taking on Benetton Rugby, before heading to Galway for Round 4 to take on Connacht.

The first big derby of the season will see the Scarlets welcome the Ospreys to Parc y Scarlets on Saturday 6th October, kick-off 15:00, a great curtain-raiser for the opening rounds of the Heineken Champions Cup.

The second installment of the big West Wales derby will take place at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday 22nd December, kick-off 15:00 giving everyone an opportunity to get in to the festive spirit early!

Cardiff Blues will be the opponents at the Parc for the final game of the year on Saturday 29th December, kick-off 17:15.

2019 will kick-off with a Welsh derby as the Scarlets welcome Dragons to Parc y Scarlets on Saturday 5th January, 17:15 (Round 13) before heading on the road to take on Leinster and Benetton Rugby.
