The Bridgend-born loose-head prop began his career in the Ospreys Academy before he headed east to join the Dragons, where he made more than 150 appearances for the Men of Gwent. Phil signed for the Scarlets in January 2018, initially on a loan deal before nailing down a permanent move, going on to pass the 50-cap milestone in 2020.
