Noddir gan
Ioan joined the Scarlets in 2025 from Gloucester. A Junior World Cup winner with England U20s, Ioan qualifies for Wales through his father. Had been part of the Gloucester Academy system since the age of 13 and played nine games for the senior Cherry and Whites side. Made his Scarlets URC debut as a replacement in Edinburgh before marking his first start with a try against Connacht in Galway. Made eight appearances in his first season in West Wales.
