Born in Haverfordwest, Osian played his junior rugby for Haverfordwest RFC and Carmarthen Athletic RFC. Captained Scarlets U18s at regional age-grade level and has played for Wales U19s, scoring a try against Ireland. The back-rower made his senior debut against the Dragons at the start of the 2025-26 season.
