Tenby scrum-half Alfie Luger returns to the Wales U18s starting line-up for the final match of their Six Nations Festival campaign against Spain in Vichy on Saturday (12:15).
Luger is joined in the match-day squad by hooker Cole Lacey, second row Harvey Thomas, back-rower Rhys Owen and fly-half Madoc Evans, who are named among the replacements.
Flanker Jac Cloke picked up a shoulder injury in a two-try display in the narrow defeat to France and misses out.
