Parc y Scarlets will host its first ever European Rugby Champions Cup quarter final on Good Friday, 30th March, as the Scarlets prepare to take on La Rochelle in their first quarter final in over a decade.

Duncan’s entry: “So I’ve got to share my best Scarlets Scarlets story #iwastherewithscarlets it has got to be the time myself and the family went to the heart and soul Cafe for a cuppa only to see all the players walking by, me never having been one to miss a chance decided to drag my son out for a photo opportunity. When the players (mainly Rob Evans) found out we lived 250 miles away we were invited to watch them training. To use Rob Evans words “if Pivac has a problem tell him to see me” we had a wonderful time. It’s amazing to see how perfectly timed everything is. Not only did we watch training but all the players had time for us especially Jake Ball and Ken Owens who happily walked back with us just chatting like long lost friends. #Scarlets #westisbest #IWasThereWithScarlets”
