Yes, there is a £5 booking fee per ticket on Season Ticket renewals and new purchases.
Your current Season Ticket seat will be reserved until Friday 29 May, 2026. After that time, we cannot guarantee that your seat will be available, as all available seats will then go on general sale.
Your Season Ticket will include all of our home United Rugby Championship games and the pool games in the European competition. It does not include the knock-out stages of either the URC or EPCR competitions or any friendlies. This equates to 11 home games.
As a Season Ticket holder you will be entitled to purchase your seat, and an allocated number of additional tickets, before general sale.
Adult Early Bird Season Tickets start at £180 for the Standing Enclosure and from £230 for a standard seated season ticket. The prices vary depending on location at Parc y Scarlets.
Yes. To take advantage of the six-month payment plan please update your account details and confirm your renewal / purchase by May 15 by clicking this link. The first payment will be taken on Monday, June 1, 2026.
There will be a £8 fee on all Direct Debit payments thereafter.
You can go online and pay via debit or credit card; call or visit the ticket office if you’d like to set up a Direct Debit or pay with cash.
In a bid to become more sustainable, we are encouraging all Season Ticket Holders to make use of the free digital season ticket card. If you wish to receive a physical season ticket card, there will be a fee of £5 per card. 2025-26 Season Ticket cards will not be valid after the conclusion of the current season.
Yes, if you are an existing Season Ticket holder and introduce a new customer at the same time as you renew for the 2026-27 season, you will both get a £20 credit on your ticketing account. To qualify for this offer, the person being introduced by the Season Ticket Holder must be
- new to Scarlets season tickets
- not a Scarlets season ticket holder in the last three years
- over the age of 16
- Only to be purchased directly through the ticket office

2026-27 Season Tickets will be predominantly electronic as we work towards a greener future. The digital season tickets can be added to your Apple / Android wallet and will always be with you in your pocket!
If you would like a Season Ticket card there will be a nominal admin fee of £5 per card. Cards will be ready for collection from Parc y Scarlets ahead of our first game of the season.

You can purchase adult and junior season tickets in most areas of the stadium. Junior prices start from as little as £10 for the season.
Children under the age of one do not need to obtain a season ticket. Please contact our ticket office if an extra seat is required for your child on 01554 29 29 39. All children aged 14 years and under must be accompanied by an adult with an active season ticket in order to gain access.
There is a ‘FT Student/ U23’ Season Ticket for all aged between 17 and 22 years of age, but a date of birth or proof of student status will be required at purchase.
Yes! The new ‘Sosban’ package gives new fans the opportunity to become a season ticket holder at a fantastic introductory price of £149 (Early Bird). The package is available for one season only with the option to purchase a new category in the second season.

In the process of streamlining the stadium map block names have been changed, e.g. N27 is now N11. This has no impact on the location of your current seat.
