The flying winger returned to the Scarlets in the summer of 2023 after a successful season with English Championship winners Jersey Reds. A Wales 7s and U20s international, Tomi left the Scarlets at the end of the 2021-22 campaign with two senior appearances to his name, having missed the majority of that season because of a serious knee injury. Produced some headline-grabbing displays at the end of the 2023-24 season to push himself into international contention, but after scoring a try double on Judgement Day, picked up a long-term Achilles injury in the same match.
