Scarlets Rugby is seeking a Senior Assistant Performance Analyst to join the performance department at Parc y Scarlets, Llanelli.
This role will support the Head of Performance Analysis and senior coaching staff by delivering high-quality match, training and opposition analysis, helping turn data and video into clear, coach-driven insight that informs preparation, review and player development across the first-team programme.
Key responsibilities include:
- Match-day and post-match analysis support
- Filming, live coding and technical delivery
- Opposition analysis and performance trend reporting
- Creation of concise preview and review presentations
- Maintaining season-long performance databases
- Supporting individual and unit-based player development analysis
- Managing content within Hudl and internal systems
Scarlets are looking for someone with:
- A degree in Performance Analysis (or related discipline)
- Strong working knowledge of Hudl Sportscode
- Experience filming and coding training and matches
- Clear communication skills with coaches and players
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and travel
- A full UK driving licence
Contract: Permanent (6-month probation)
