Everything you need to know if you’re coming to tomorrow’s game against the Baabaas

The Barbarians are in town for only their fourth ever clash with the Scarlets. If you are attending the Phil Bennett Memorial Game at Parc y Scarlets on Saturday (14:30) here’s everything you need to know.

Can I buy tickets on the day?

Yes you can. The ticket office is open from 9.00am until half-time.

Is the club shop open?

Yes, the Castore shop is open from 10am until 7pm. Scarlets players Joe Roberts and Callum Williams will be in the shop from 1.30pm for photos and autographs with fans.

Where can I park?

Public parking is in Car Park B on the Trostre Park side. Cost is £5 per car on the gate. The car park gates open at 10.30am.

Do you accept cash in the stadium?

Yes we do, but we will not be accepting the old paper £50 and £20 notes.

When do the stadium gates open?

Hospitality can gain entry at 12.30pm, the turnstiles are open to the public at 1.30pm.

Is there a shuttle bus service?

Yes, there are two shuttle bus in operation for this game

Here are the details

Is the Supporters Village open?

Yes, our Supporters Village will be open to the public from 12.30pm. There will be a big screen showing live sport before and after the game, when Wales take on Portugal in their second match of the Rugby World Cup. Inside there is a bar and plenty of food stalls including Cwmfarm and Whayman’s Burgers and outside we have Porky’s, Whayman’s and a confectionery stall. There will also be tag rugby and some fun for the kids with a dash ‘n grab inflatable, a bouncy castle and a passing game. Scarlets players Alex Craig and Carwyn Tuipulotu will be in the barn from 1.20pm to meet fans and sign autographs.

What about the Tanner Banc Bar?

The Tanner Banc (in the East Stand) will be open pre-match at 12.30pm.  Come along and sample a great atmosphere.

What about the pre-match build up?

The Scarlets Choir and The Voice singer Ragsy will be performing pitchside from 2pm. There will be a special moment’s applause to celebrate the life of Phil Bennett before kick-off.

Will there be tag rugby at half-time?

Please make some noise for our half-time tag teams including Felinfoel U7s to U11s, Bynea U8s, Whitland U9s, Bynea U10s and Trimsaran U10s.
