Scarlets have returned to training ahead of their next block of fixtures.
The squad travel to the West Country to take on Exeter Chiefs in a friendly on Saturday, February 10 before the URC returns with a round 10 clash against defending champions Munster at Parc y Scarlets on Friday, February 16.
With a number of players on international duty with the Wales senior and U20s sides, RGC hooker Jordan Liney has been training with the squad on loan in readiness for the Exeter match.
The squad spent Tuesday off site with a gym session at our official gym partner The Hyve in Llanelli before getting to grips with some wrestling at the Chris Rees Academy in Fforestfach, Swansea.
