Scarlets enjoyed a brilliant day hosting skills sessions at the Royal Welsh Show in Llanelwedd.

Players Tomi Lewis, Jac Price, Josh Morse, Callum Woolley, Steff Jac Jones and Yestyn Cook joined the Scarlets Community team to pass on tips to around 100 enthusiastic youngsters attending the show.

The players, along with everyone’s favourite mascot Cochyn. then signed autographs and had photos with fans,

Players and staff also paid a visit to our commercial partners, including Blas y Tir, Dragons Cheese and Tegfan Plant & Machinery as well as popping in to see the Farmers Union of Wales where they met Deputy First Minister Huw Irranca-Davies.

Scarlets Community Foundation Manager Paul Fisher said: “We always get a fantastic welcome every year we attend the Royal Welsh and this year was no different.

“It’s a privilege to attend such a prestigious Welsh event associated with the Welsh language and agriculture and it was fantastic to see so many Scarlets jerseys around the show all week and great to engage with so many people from all parts of Wales and further afield.

“Both our skills sessions, led by our community team and players, were packed with smiles on everyone’s faces.”

The Scarlets Community team and our kit partners VX3 are on site until the end of the show on Thursday.
