Scarlets completed week one of their pre-season training with a session in the stunning surroundings of Pembrey Country Park.
The squad were put through their paces with a 3.2km run around one of the trails in the forestry before a ‘strongman’ competition and also some wrestling on the award-winning Cefn Sidan beach under the watchful eye of champion wrestler Ash Williams.
A big thanks to Carmarthenshire County Council and the staff at Pembrey for the use of their facilities and we’ll be returning there to continue our preparations for the new campaign over the coming weeks.
