Scarlets are delighted to announce that e-learning company Interskill Learning have become a partner on the 2020-21 playing kit.
The company’s logo will take pride of place on the back left of the playing shorts and will be on show from Sunday’s Guinness PRO14 clash against Edinburgh.
Established in 1991, Interskill Learning, which has offices in the UK, USA and Australia with its holding company in Ireland, provides corporate online training solutions to a number of blue chip corporates globally. Interskill Learning is the worldwide leader in the provision of e-learning for the IBM Z mainframe platform as well as providing other online corporate training solutions.
Chief Executive Ian Rowlands, who hails from Llanelli, said: “As a lifelong Scarlets supporter it is a delight and privilege for my company to become a kit sponsor of the Scarlets team and I wish the very best of luck to the Scarlets for the season ahead.
“Our e-learning business like many other businesses operate in an increasingly globalised business community and though I and many of my friends now live away, it fills me with a sense of pride that we can still come together during the year to support the Scarlets and remember who we are and where we came from! Yma o Hyd.”
James Bibby, Head of Commercial at the Scarlets added: “It is fantastic to see a strong global e-learning business like Interskill Learning aligning itself with the Scarlets brand. The fact that Ian and the team have come on board this season highlights the strong bond that Scarlets has with its community, to the extent that people who move away from the area still want to be a part of the club.
“I look forward to not only welcoming Interskill back to Parc y Scarlets when it is next safe to do so but also building a strong partnership over the course of the 20-21 season.”
