Refund information
Scarlets will be refunding all tickets for today’s cancelled Dragons game. We will be refunding the money paid on cards today, but please be aware that it might take up to three working days to appear in your account. Our Ticket Office team will be contacting fans who paid by cash to arrange their refund.
We would respectfully request that people don’t call the Ticket Office today as we are experiencing high call volumes, but if you have not received your refund within seven working day please contact us to discuss.
