Scarlets back-rower Sione Kalamafoni continues to ride high in the Guinness PRO14 stats charts.
Another impressive display from the Tongan powerhouse against Benetton saw him move to within one carry of top spot, currently held by Ulster’s Springbok star Marcell Coetzee (128).
Sione is also third in the tackling charts (137), behind Ospreys’ Dan Lydiate (149) and Cardiff Blues’ Josh Turnbull (163).
Elsewhere in the Opta stats, Steff Evans sits joint third for most off-loads in the competition (11) and third for clean breaks (14), while Jac Morgan’s two steals in the 41-17 win over Benetton kept him in contention for the title of PRO14 turnover king.
Munster’s Chris Cloete leads the way with 11. Jac is in fifth spot with eight. Blade Thomson is one behind with seven.
