Wales U20 have made ten changes to their starting XV for Friday night’s game against Ireland in Donnybrook (19:15).

Winger Tommy Rogers is one of two Scarlets named in the matchday 23 with Kemsley Mathias named on the replacements bench hoping to make his Wales Under 20s debut.
