The Scarlets are delighted to team up with Llanelli-based Equip4Gyms and Hyve who will become the club’s official Community Tag Rugby and Gym Partner.
The Scarlets players have been using the facilities at Hyve while the club gym at Parc y Scarlets is being renovated and will continue to use the gym and studios throughout the season.
Equip4Gyms, who currently sponsor our second row Tom Price, are to become the Scarlets’ Community Tag Rugby Sponsor, supporting the club’s work with grassroots clubs, schools and girls hubs across the region.
Hyve and Equip4Gyms owner Dominic Reynolds said: “We’re delighted to be working with the Scarlets. At Hyve, our aim as a business is to provide affordable facilities where everyone can train like an athlete; whether that’s in the gym, pool or in one of our private studios. We’re already enjoying the great atmosphere the team brings with them both in the gym and the T1 Cafe.
“Being at the heart of our community is important to us as a local business and we are thrilled to be supporting the Scarlets’ link-up with grassroots clubs, hubs and schools and are looking forward to being part of the match-day experience which sees so many youngsters being able to run out onto the pitch and play tag rugby at Parc y Scarlets.”
