Everything you need to know if you’re coming to the Munster game

URC action is back at the Parc on Friday night with defending champions Munster the visitors. Here’s everything you need to know if you’re coming to the game.

What time is kick-off?

The match kicks off at 7.35pm.

Can I buy tickets on the day?

Yes you can. The ticket office is open from 9.00am until half-time.

Is the club shop open?

Yes, the Castore shop is open from 10am until kick-off. Scarlets skipper Josh Macleod and wing Ryan Conbeer will be in the shop from 6.35pm for photos and autographs with fans.

Where can I park?

Public parking is in Car Park B on the Trostre Park side. Cost is £5 per car on the gate. The car park gates open at 4.30pm.

Do you accept cash in the stadium?

Yes we do, but we will not be accepting the old paper £50 and £20 notes.

When do the stadium gates open?

Hospitality can gain entry at 5.30pm. The Heart and Soul (Lolfa) Bar is also open from 5pm, while the turnstiles and kiosks are open to the public at 6.35pm.

Is there a bus service?

Yes, there is a shuttle bus and a park and ride in operation for this game

What’s on before kick-off?

In the build-up to the game, the Scarlets Choir will be providing the entertainment on the first floor concourse of the South Stand. The Scarlets U18s team will be presented with their Regional Age Grade Championship trophy by Scarlets skipper Josh Macleod at half-time. The Men’s and Women’s U18s will also be part of a pitch-side parade that will include Cefneithin, Pembroke, St Clears, Felinfoel, Nantgaredig, Burry Port, Llangennech Wanderers and Pontyberem who all took part in our Scarlets Minis Rugby Festival at Parc y Scarlets last weekend. Please give them a big cheer as they make their way around the pitch.

What’s on in the FSG Supporters Village?

The newly-sponsored FSG Supporters Village is open before the game from 5.35pm.  There will be inflatable fun and tag rugby for our young fans. Come and say hello and grab a selfie with Scarlets players Johnny Williams, Callum Williams, Sam O’Connor and Ed Scragg as well as Cochyn, who will be there from 6.20pm. There will be a bar and food outlets providing a range of food and drinks.  Our new Clwb Cochyn will also be there, hosted by our Scarlets Ambassadors with arts and crafts. Don’t forget to get your face painted! Our charity partners the Wish Fund will also be in the barn so please give them a visit.

What about the Tanner Banc Bar?

The Bar Tanner Banc (in the East Stand) will be open pre-match at 5.30pm and will be open throughout the game and post match. Melody will be providing live music after the final whistle. Come along and sample a great atmosphere. 

Who will be playing tag rugby at half-time

We’ve got Fishguard U7s and U8s, Llangwm U7s, U8s, U9s and U10s Llangennech U19s, Narberth Otters U11s and Llangwm U11s showing off their skills at half-time. Llangwm U11s, Llangennech U11s and Swansea Uplands U13s will be our flag-bearers.

Who is the match-day mascot?

Tomas Phillips, aged 11, will be leading out the home side.
