Everything you need to know if you’re coming to the semi-final

If you are attending the EPCR Challenge Cup semi-final against Glasgow Warriors at Parc y Scarlets on Saturday (17:30) here’s everything you need to know.

Can I buy tickets on the day?

Yes you can. The ticket office is open from 9.00am until half-time. As of Friday afternoon, only 2,000 tickets were remaining.

Is the club shop open?

Yes, the shop is open from 10am until 8pm and there will be a pop-up shop in the Supporters Village. Scarlets players Jonathan Davies and Eddie James will be in the stadium shop from 4.30pm for photos and autographs with fans.

Where can I park?

Public parking is in Car Park B on the Trostre Park side. Cost is £5 per car on the gate. The car park gates open at 12.30pm.

Do you accept cash in the stadium?

Yes we do, but we will not be accepting the old paper £50 and £20 notes.

When do the stadium gates open?

Hospitality can gain entry at 3pm, the turnstiles are open to the public at 4pm.

Is there a shuttle bus service?

Yes, there are two shuttle bus in operation for this game

Is the Supporters Village open?

Yes, our Supporters Village will be open to the public from 1pm. There will be a big screen showing live sport, including the Leinster versus Toulouse Champions Cup semi-final. Inside there is a bar and plenty of food stalls including Cwmfarm, Crazie Crepes, Marzano’s Bar, Dinky Donuts, Porky’s chips and burgers and wood-fired pizza.  There will also be tag rugby and some fun for the kids with a dash ‘n grab inflatable, ‘Unclimbable Ladder’ and a bouncy castle. Scarlets players Samson Lee, Tom Price, Jac Price and Ryan Elias will be in the barn from 4.20pm to meet fans and sign autographs. The barn will be open post-match with live music from ‘Jac y Do’.

What about the Tanner Banc Bar?

The newly-named Bar Tanner Banc (in the East Stand) will be open pre-match at 2.30pm.  There will be live music with Ragsy after the match. Come along and sample a great atmosphere.

Will there be tag rugby at half-time?

Please make some noise for our half-time tag teams Llanelli Wanderers U7s, Tycroes U7s, Llangennech U8s, Trimsaran U8s, Kidwelly U9s, Felinfoel U11s and Model School U11s.
