Scarlets U16s East bounced back from last weekend’s defeat in Swansea to produce an outstanding 26-10 win over Cardiff North at Merthyr RFC.
Back-rower Jack Wooller crossed for two tries, while centre Jac Thomas and wing Olly Lloyd also touched down in an impressive all-round performance. Full-back Cai Evans converted two of the scores and replacement Carwyn Leggat-Jones another.
The win finishes off this block of matches for the East, while the West U16s head north on Sunday to take on RGC 1404 in Colwyn Bay (2pm ko).
