The Carmarthen product is a highly-rated second row who has been capped at Wales U20s level and was part of the side that beat the Baby Blacks in the Junior World Championships in Argentina in 2019. A hard-working lock, Jac has featured for Carmarthen Quins in the Welsh Premiership and Scarlets A in the Celtic Cup. Made his PRO14 debut during the 2020-21 season and went on to spend a short spell on loan with Nottingham RFC. Played 13 matches during the 2021-22 campaign.
