A loose-head prop from Haverfordwest, Kemsley has been capped at Wales U18s and U20s level and was part of the side that conquered New Zealand at the 2019 Junior World Championships. Featured for Scarlets A in the Celtic Cup and for Carmarthen Quins in the Welsh Premiership before making his PRO14 against Cardiff in 2021. An outstanding 2022-23 season saw him voted the Scarlets' breakthrough, earning himself a call-up to Wales' World Cup training squad.
