Will moves up from the Senior Academy for the 2026-27 campaign as he looks to press on to make his competitive debut in a Scarlets jersey. Standing at 6ft 6in and 117kg, he is a towering presence around the field, an aggressive ball-carrier with impressive handling skills for a big man. A series of frustrating injuries during the 2025-26 season prevented him from making his URC debut for the Scarlets, but he is highly thought of at the club and has produced some standout displays for Llandovery RFC in Super Rygbi Cymru. Having played his junior rugby for Chobham RFC in Surrey, Evans came through the Welsh Exiles programme and starred for Scarlets and Wales U18s while studying at Llandovery College. One of four Scarlets in Wales’ squad for this summer’s World U20s Championships in Georgia.
