We hope you and your family are keeping safe and well and once again, a huge thanks for your support in buying a season ticket for 2020-21. More than ever before, we need your help and support as we look forward to welcoming you back to the Parc.

With fans unable to attend any matches this season, your personal season ticket membership value is stated in the email or the letter you received from us. With packages due to be announced for 2021-22 in the next few weeks, we are offering flexibility in what you can do with this amount.

Here are your options

Credit

Put the full amount towards a season membership for the 2021-22 season. Ticket prices are being frozen to the same amount as the 2020-21 season.

Use a percentage of the credit towards your season membership for 2021-22 or redeem it for food and beverage vouchers to be used at Parc y Scarlets. The percentage options are 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% credit.

*Credit amount is subject to final confirmation of crowds for the Edinburgh fixture on June 13. If fans are allowed in for the Edinburgh game, season ticket holders will have first option for a ticket. If you take up this option, a pro-rata amount will be deducted from your final credit value for next season.

Donate

This will be used by Scarlets as financial support during this period as we continue to combat the challenges resulting from the impact of Covid-19 on professional sport. The donation will help us to continue to invest in the business, stadium, Academy and our Scarlets Community Foundation.

Split credit/donate

You can put a percentage of your membership towards credit and the rest as a donation if you wish. The options are:

• 25% credit, 75% donation
• 50% credit, 50% donation
• 75% credit, 25% donation
