Everything you need to know if you are attending Saturday’s game against Edinburgh

If you are attending the BKT United Rugby Championship round 14 clash against Edinburgh at Parc y Scarlets on Saturday (17:15) here’s everything you need to know.

Can I buy tickets on the day?

Yes you can. The ticket office is open from 9.00am until half-time.

Is the club shop open?

Yes, the shop is open from 10am until 8pm. It won’t be open after the match. Scarlets players Johnny Williams, Ryan Elias and Scott Williams will be in the shop from 4.15pm for photos and autographs with fans.

Where can I park?

Public parking is in Car Park B on the Trostre Park side. Cost is £5 per car on the gate. The car park gates open at 2pm.

Do you accept cash in the stadium?

Yes we do, but we will not be accepting the old paper £50 and £20 notes.

When do the stadium gates open?

Hospitality can gain entry at 3.15pm, the turnstiles are open to the public at 4.15pm.

Is there a shuttle bus service?

Yes, there is as shuttle bus in operation for this game

Is the Supporters Village open?

Yes, our Supporters Village will be open to the public from 3.15pm. There will be a bar and plenty of food stalls including Cwmfarm, Crazie Crepes, waffles, noodles, coffee and milkshakes. There will also be tag rugby and some fun for the kids with a dash ‘n grab inflatable, an interactive game and a bouncy castle. Scarlets players Samson Lee, Jonathan Davies, Tom Rogers and Callum Williams will be in the barn from 4.05pm to meet fans and sign autographs. THE BARN WILL BE CLOSED POST-MATCH

What about the Tanner Banc Bar?

The newly-named Bar Tanner Banc (in the East Stand) will be open pre-match at 3.15pm.  There will be live music after the match. Also check out the new scoreboard in the bar!!

Will there be tag rugby at half-time?

Please make some noise for our half-time tag teams Burry Port U7s, Tenby U7s, Aberystwyth U8s, Llantwit Fardre U8s, Pembroke U8s and Dowlais U10s. Llantwit Fardre U8s will be the flag bearers as the two teams enter the field.
