If you are attending Friday’s United Rugby Championship clash with Benetton Rugby at Parc y Scarlets here’s everything you need to know.

Do I need an NHS COVID pass to gain entry?

Following government legislation,  you DO NEED a COVID pass. You can download the COVID pass by clicking on the link below

The alternative is proof of a recent negative lateral flow test.

Passes will be checked as supporters enter the main gates of the stadium. Please give yourselves plenty of time before kick-off to ensure the steady flow of spectators and also have your pass ready as you enter the main stadium bowl.

If I have tested positive for COVID-19, what should I do? 

If you have returned a positive COVID-19 test within 10 days of the date of a fixture, you must not attend. 

Do I need to wear a mask?

We advise supporters to wear masks in the indoor concourses. Fans are strongly encouraged to bring a face covering to wear when in the stadium, in line with guidance on gatherings in enclosed places. 

Can I buy tickets on the day?

Yes you can. The ticket office is open from 9am

Is the club shop open?

Yes, the shop is open from 10am until kick-off and then for 45 minutes after the final whistle.

Where can I park?

Public parking is in Car Park B on the Trostre Park side. Cost is £5 per car on the gate.

When do the stadium gates open?

Hospitality can gain entry at 5.30pm, the gates open to the public at 6pm.

Is there a shuttle bus service?

Yes, there is as shuttle bus in operation for this game

Is the Supporters Village open?

Yes, the training barn is open from 5.30pm. There will be inflatables for the children, food stalls and a bar and our community team will have our club junior and mini teams playing.  There will also be a Supporters Zone in the new training marquee behind the East Stand, organised by the Scarlets Supporters Group.

What about the Guinness Bar?

The Guinness Bar (in the East Stand) will be open 5.30pm pre-match with a singer, Hannah Beth, performing pre-match and for an hour post match.
