If you are attending Saturday’s United Rugby Championship clash with Connacht at Parc y Scarlets here’s everything you need to know.

Has Storm Eunice had any affect on match-day?

At present, there have been no changes to the match-day experience because of the storm, but we do advise all supporters to travel safely and follow all advice ahead of the game. Please contact your travel operators for all the latest updates on public transport.

Do I need a NHS COVID pass to gain entry to the stadium?

Following recent Welsh Government legislation,  you DO NOT NEED a COVID pass.  We advise all supporters to follow Public Health guidelines for Covid-19 so we can all enjoy the match in a safe environment.

If I am feeling unwell, can I come to the game? 

If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, including a high temperature, a new continuous cough or a loss of taste or smell you should not attend the fixture. 

Can I buy tickets on the day?

Yes you can. The ticket office is open from 9am until half-time.

Is the club shop open?

Yes, the shop is open from 10am until kick-off and then for 45 minutes after the final whistle.

Where can I park?

Public parking is in Car Park B on the Trostre Park side. Cost is £5 per car on the gate.

When do the stadium gates open?

Hospitality can gain entry at 5.30pm, the turnstiles are open to the public at 6.30pm.

Is there a shuttle bus service?

Yes, there is as shuttle bus in operation for this game

Is the Supporters Village open?

Yes, our Supporters Village will be open to the public from 5.30pm. There will be a bar, food stalls, inflatables and a tag rugby festival taking place.

What about the Guinness Bar?

The Guinness Bar (in the East Stand) will be open pre-match at 5.30pm There will be live music before and after the match.

Will there be tag rugby at half-time?

Yes, we will be welcoming Whitland, Cardigan and Crymych RFC to Parc y Scarlets.
