Everything you need to know if you’re coming to the Edinburgh game

Edinburgh are the visitors to Parc y Scarlets for the final match of our Challenge Cup campaign on Friday night. Here’s everything you need to know if you’re coming to the game.

What time is kick-off?

The match kicks off at 8pm.

Can I buy tickets on the day?

Yes you can. The ticket office is open from 9.00am until half-time.

Is the club shop open?

Yes, the Castore shop is open from 10am until kick-off. Scarlets players Ken Owens, Johnny McNicholl and Iwan Shenton will be in the shop from 7pm for photos and autographs with fans.

Where can I park?

Public parking is in Car Park B on the Trostre Park side. Cost is £5 per car on the gate. The car park gates open at 4.30pm.

Do you accept cash in the stadium?

Yes we do, but we will not be accepting the old paper £50 and £20 notes.

When do the stadium gates open?

Hospitality can gain entry at 6pm. The Heart and Soul (Lolfa) Bar is also open from 5.30pm, while the turnstiles and kiosks are open to the public at 7pm.

Is there a bus service?

Yes, there is a shuttle bus and a park and ride in operation for this game

What’s on before kick-off?

In the build-up to the game, the Scarlets Choir will be providing the entertainment on the first floor concourse of the South Stand. 

What’s on in the FSG Supporters Village?

The newly-sponsored FSG Supporters Village is open before the game from 6pm.  There will be inflatable fun and tag rugby for our young fans. Come and say hello and grab a selfie with Scarlets players Dan Jones, Sam O’Connor, Teddy Leatherbarrow, Callum Williams and Sam Lousi as well as Cochyn, who will be there from 6.50pm. There will be a bar and food outlets providing a range of food and drinks.  Our new Clwb Cochyn will also be there, hosted by our Scarlets Ambassadors with arts and crafts. Don’t forget to get your face painted!

What about the Tanner Banc Bar?

The Bar Tanner Banc (in the East Stand) will be open pre-match at 6pm and will be open throughout the game and post match. Dave Bartlett will be providing live music after the final whistle. Come along and sample a great atmosphere. 

Who will be playing tag rugby at half-time

We’ve got Aberaeron U8s and U10s, Brynamman U8s, Pontarddulais U19s, Tycroes U9s and 10s and Kidwelly U10s showing off their skills at half-time. Aberaeron will be our flag-bearers.

Who are the match-day mascots?

11-year-old Ava Place and six-year-old Pippa Griffiths will be leading out the home side.
