Everything you need to know if you’re coming to the game tomorrow

If you are attending Saturday’s United Rugby Championship clash with Cardiff at Parc y Scarlets (17:15) here’s everything you need to know.

Can I buy tickets on the day?

Yes you can. The ticket office is open from 9.00am until half-time.

Is the club shop open?

Yes, the shop is open from 10.00am until kick-off and then for an hour after the final whistle. Scarlets players Aaron Shingler, Tomás Lezana and Dan Davis will be in the shop at 4.15pm for photos and autographs with fans.

Do you accept cash in the stadium?

Yes we do, but from this weekend we will not be accepting the old paper £50 and £20 notes.

Where can I park?

Public parking is in Car Park B on the Trostre Park side. Cost is £5 per car on the gate. The car park gates open at 1pm.

When do the stadium gates open?

Hospitality can gain entry at 3.15pm, the turnstiles are open to the public at 4.15pm.

Is there a shuttle bus service?

Yes, there is as shuttle bus in operation for this game

Is the Supporters Village open?

Yes, our Supporters Village will be open to the public from 3.15pm. There will be a bar and plenty of food stalls including Cwmfarm, Y Bocs Jin, Crazie Crepes, Llaeth Beynon Dairy, coffee, sweets and more. There will also be tag rugby and some fun for the kids games including a dash and grab inflatable, a team challenge game, a bouncy castle and a Cycle Champs mini course. Scarlets players Josh Helps, Phil Price, Kemsley Mathias and Griff Evans will also be in the barn from 3.45pm to meet fans and sign autographs.

What about the Guinness Bar & Lolfa Stradey?

The Supporters Guinness Bar (in the East Stand) will be open pre-match at 3.15pm. The Welsh Whisperer will be providing live music from 7pm post-match.

Will there be tag rugby at half-time?
Yes, please show your support for Amman Utd U10s, Burry Port U9s and U10s, Cefneithin U7s, Ammanford U8s, Tenby U9s and Crymych U10s. Cefneithin U9s will be flag-bearers today.
