Everything you need to know if you’re coming to tomorrow’s game against the Lions

If you are attending Friday’s United Rugby Championship clash with the Emirates Lions at Parc y Scarlets here’s everything you need to know.

Will there be social distancing measures in place on matchdays? 

We advise all fans to adhere to Public Health guidelines for Covid-19 so we can all enjoy the match in a safe environment. There will be no social distancing measures in place with the South, North & West Stands open as well as the North Terrace.

If I am feeling unwell, can I come to the game? 

If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, including a high temperature, a new continuous cough or a loss of taste or smell you should not attend the fixture. 

If I have tested positive for COVID-19, what should I do? 

If you have returned a positive COVID-19 test within 10 days of the date of a fixture, you must not attend. 

Do I need to wear a mask?

We advise supporters to wear masks in the indoor concourse. Fans are strongly encouraged to bring a face covering to wear when in the stadium, in line with guidance on gatherings in enclosed places. 

Do I need to take a Covid test or show a vaccine passport?

We encourage fans to take a lateral flow test, but it is not required to enter the stadium. Vaccine passports are not in place for this game.

What if I haven’t received my season ticket card?

New season ticket holders should have received their card by Friday morning. If you are a new season ticket holder and haven’t received your card, please turn up at the ticket office in plenty of time before the game and we will issue you with a new card.

If you are an existing season ticket holder and haven’t received a new card please use your old card to gain entry

Can I buy tickets on the day?

Yes you can. The ticket office is open from 9am. It is likely to be very busy so please arrive early to ensure you have plenty of time before kick-off.

Is the club shop open?

Yes, the shop is open from 10am until kick-off and then for 45 minutes after the final whistle.

Where can I park?

Public parking is in Car Park B on the Trostre Park side. Cost is £5 per car on the gate and is open from 4.30pm.

When do the stadium gates open?

Hospitality can gain entry at 5.30pm, the gates open to the public at 6.00pm.

Is there a shuttle bus service?

Yes, there is as shuttle bus in operation for this game

Is the Supporters Village open?

Yes, the training barn is open from 5.30pm. There will be inflatables for the children, food stalls and a bar.

What about the Guinness Bar?

The Guinness Bar (in the East Stand) will be open pre-match with local singer Steffan Richards performing pre-match and for an hour post match.
