Wales international centre Eddie James is in contention to make his comeback from injury in Saturday’s BKT United Rugby Championship clash with Cardiff.
James has been sidelined since the Six Nations because of a shoulder issue, but is back in contention, along with a number of senior players who missed the trip to Dublin to face Leinster last time out.
Hookers Ryan Elias and Marnus van der Merwe have both come through their return-to-play protocols, while international back-rower Taine Plumtree is also available.
Scarlets will name this side on Friday lunchtime.
