Scarlets are in North Wales for a pre-season training camp and enjoyed a day at Adventure Parc Snowdon as part of their stay.

The squad took part in a series of challenges, including indoor climbing, a ninja assault course, high wires and paddle boarding on the new state-of-the-art lake complex in Llanwrst.

They also took a trip on the train at Snowdon, Wales’ highest mountain, to savour the stunning North Wales scenery.

Ahead of Thursday’s warm-up match against Leicester Tigers at Welford Road, the Scarlets have been training at Clwb Rygbi Nant Conwy (pictured) and fans will have an opportunity to watch the captain’s run during an open session at 10am on Wednesday morning.
