Scarlets are delighted to announce a new partnership with ACE Feet in Motion to assist the team’s medical department.
Founded in 2001, the company was established to provide biomechanical gait assessment to athletes using state-of-the-art pressure plate technology.
ACE also manufactures podiatry products such as bespoke insoles and will be an official supplier for the Scarlets players to help with performance and recovery.
ACE has worked with the Scarlets before, but this season will be the first as an official partner.
Welcoming the new partnership, ACE Managing Director Tom Cooper said: “Having worked previously with the Scarlets it’s fantastic to become an official partner of a club that has such a proud standing in Welsh sport and the community.
“We are delighted to provide an unique service that helps the players play to the best, while our same-day insole service and quick turnaround for bespoke insoles will help the players on a speedy recovery.”
Scarlets Head of Medical Craig Dyson added: “ACE’s expertise helps us minimise the risk of future injuries of our players. We have worked with ACE before to provide bespoke products for our players and are delighted they are now official partners. We look forward to working closely during the coming season.”
