Scarlets will host Gallagher PREM heavyweights Saracens at Parc y Scarlets in a curtain raiser to the 2026-27 BKT United Rugby Championship season.

The Londoners will head down the M4 to Llanelli on Friday, September 18 (19:30 kick-off) as both sides fine tune preparations for their new league campaigns.

Multiple Premiership and European winners, Sarries have signed the likes of Wales and British & Irish Lions scrum-half Tomos Williams and Bath back-rower Alfie Barbeary for next season to add to a roster that includes England and Lions stars Maro Itoje, Owen Farrell and Ben Earl.

The teams last met in pre-season two years ago in North London, a match won 40-21 by the home side.

The most recent competitive fixture between the clubs came in the 2016-17 Anglo-Welsh Cup at Parc y Scarlets, with the line-ups including current Scarlets captain Josh Macleod, coach Emyr Phillips and internationals Max Malins, Ben Earl, Nick Isiekwe and Nick Tompkins in the away ranks.

There is free entry to the match for 2026-27 Season Ticket Holders, but you won’t be automatically allocated your season ticket seat. Details of season ticket seat allocation for this game will be announced in due course. Match tickets will be available for purchase in due course.
