Scarlets Women’s U18s are back in action on Sunday when they take on RGC at The Gnoll in Neath (3pm KO).

It’s the third match in the regional series for the squad, who have one win and a defeat to their name so far in the competition.

There are three personnel changes from the loss to the Dragons in North Wales last weekend.

Up front, Martha Ford comes in at hooker and Tili Hopkins at blindside flanker. Behind the scrum, Carys Hughes gets the nod in midfield with Mabli Evans moving to the left wing.

Entry to The Gnoll is free.
