Two Scarlets continue to lead the way for individual stats after the opening four rounds of the BKT United Rugby Championship.
Skipper Josh Macleod holds top spot as the most prolific tackler in the competition with 70, ahead of Munster’s Alex Kendellen and Cardiff’s James Botham (62).
Macleod (4) and Sam Lousi (5) are also in the top 10 for turnovers with the Scarlets captain a regular figure in that category having finished ‘Turnover King’ in 2019-20 and fifth last season. Edinburgh openside Freddie Douglas heads the list with eight.
Speedster Blair Murray is the man to catch for metres made so far in the URC with 379. It is no surprise to see new Wales call-up Macs Page among the chasing group (225) in seventh.
Both Murray and Page have been in electric form over the opening month of the campaign with full-back Murray Joint second for defenders beaten (18), Page fourth (17) and Eddie James joint eighth (13).
Page is also joint second in the competition for line breaks (8), one behind Ruhan Nel of the Stormers (9).
Joe Roberts finished last season as the Scarlets top try-scorer in the competition and his eye-catching hat-trick against the DHL Stormers in Cape Town last weekend has seen him move to joint second with four to his name, one behind Dragons hooker Elliot Dee.
Page has three in the URC to add to his double against Newcastle Red Bulls in the EPCR Challenge Cup and his brace against Exeter Chiefs in pre-season.
Sam Costelow has the joint second most try assists (3).
