The clock is ticking down to the start of the BKT United Rugby Championship season with just 30 days to go until our Welsh derby showdown against Cardiff on Saturday, September 26 (19:45ko).
Preparations for the big game continue this week, with Scarlets welcoming back their Wales senior and U20s international contingent ahead of three pre-season matches before the big game against the men from the Welsh capital.
Blair Murray, Eddie James, Joe Hawkins, Taine Plumtree, Sam Costelow, Ellis Mee and Ryan Elias, along with U20s trio Carwyn Leggatt-Jones, Yestyn Cook and Will Evans have linked up with the squad as the countdown to the URC kick-off continues.
We head to the west country on Saturday, September 5 to take on Exeter Chiefs at Sandy Park, host the Dragons at Llandovery RFC on Friday, September 11 then welcome English PREM heavyweights Saracens to Parc y Scarlets on Friday, September 18.
