It’s time to vote for your Vaughan Construction Scarlets Supporters Player of the Month for January with a chance to win a £50 voucher for our VX3 shop.
After a difficult start to 2026 against the Dragons on New Year’s Day and then Section Paloise at home, performances picked up in defeat to Northampton Saints and against Ulster and Benetton in the URC.
Here are this month’s players up for the award.
Ellis Mee
Delivered a try-of-the-season contender with his match-winning score against Ulster – the latest in a string of impressive performances that has earned the former Nottingham student a recall to Wales’ Six Nations squad.
Fletcher Anderson
What a signing he’s been. Has played every match since arriving from New Zealand, delivering ultra-consistent displays at No. 8. Outstanding against Benetton, carrying at the heart of the home defence to win himself the player-of-the-match award. Winner of the November/December Scarlets player of the month.
Eddie James
Has been Mr Consistent since his return from a long-term back issue. A constant threat at the gainline, the Carmarthen-born centre also produced some big hits against Ulster. Another Scarlet back in favour on the international stage.
Archie Hughes
Has had to be patient for his opportunities in the No. 9 shirt, but has taken them with aplomb since the turn of the year. Crossed for tries against Section Paloise and Saints in the Champions Cup. In difficult conditions, Hughes steered the ship impressively against Ulster in partnership with Sam Costelow.
