Scarlets players have been spreading Christmas cheer with their annual festive visit to the Cilgerran Children’s ward in Carmarthen’s Glangwili Hospital.
In partnership with Gavin Griffiths Group’s ‘Fill a Skip’ appeal, Eddie James, Jac Price and Archie Hughes were joined by Santa himself to hand out toys and Scarlets goodies to the young patients and their families as well as having photographs with the children and staff.
The visit to Glangwili is always a highlight of the Scarlets’ work in the community with plenty of smiles on faces, young and old, as Eddie, Jac and Archie made their way around the ward.
Toys will also be delivered to the Hywel Dda Charities Wish Fund as part of our partnership with the charity which provides special experiences for children, including a visit to Parc y Scarlets to meet the full squad.
